About: A collection of short stories honoring the birth of the Savior
From two siblings caught up in the harrowing days of World War II to separated foster children in the US…
From a memorable road trip across the Southeast to the reunion of a war-torn family…
You’ll be swept into the Christmas spirit with the endearing stories tucked inside these pages. The storylines range from family to romance to the bond of community, with settings scattered across America and beyond.
Behold the beauty of the Savior’s birth with this gathering of stories that warm the soul and bless the heart.
Genre: Historical, Christmas, some Romance, Christian fiction.
My Rating: 5 stars.
My Recommendation: Almost anyone, it’s not too romantic.
My Favorite character/s: I am going to give my favorite character and story in Behold! So, for stories, my favorite is Christmas Homecoming, it is sad and yet, it has a lining of hope, and ends in a wonderful spot for the characters but a horrid spot for me, because I want more of the characters in Christmas Homecoming! Molly is my favorite character, I think… It was a little too short for me to pick a favorite, so, I guess I don’t really have a favorite!
My Verse for Molly is Psalm 35:9
And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation. (King James Version.)
My Thoughts: This collection is wonderful! I was super happy to be able to beta-read this book for Faith since I loved her book Love Needs No Words, and I liked this one almost as much but not quite it was close because they are so different that I can’t compare them.
I loved how these books focused on the birth of Christ and family more than just the season! I really hope you CHECK OUT THE BOOK!!!
After reading Dandelion Dust I read the last short story in this collection and man was it perfect, so sweet and adorable!
(I received this book from the author for my honest review and I am truly happy to provide it!)
